“Where Ideas Come Together” is the cornerstone of Fusion Advisor Network. One of our most important roles is to identify and spread best practices within our own network. Fusion advisors learn from each other and support each other in their quest for a better practice. Nowhere is that better manifested than at our conferences.

Our conferences have one central theme – advisors sharing with other advisors. Conferences are designed to help you form new business relationships, share success stories and discuss opportunities with other top advisors in a collaborative setting.

Chairmen & Leaders Conference – Fusion’s premier event is targeted at our largest firms. This conference is designed to bring Fusion’s top advisors together for three days of camaraderie, networking, idea sharing and high-end business content. Advisors and their families enjoy fun activities and evening events with friends in a great resort location. Our 2012 meeting will be held at the La Posada de Santa Fe Resort & Spa in Santa Fe, NM!

National Conference – Held in the fall, Fusion’s National Conference is our largest training and educational event. Conference highlights include well-known industry speakers, in-depth marketing and business management sessions, advisor forums and plenty of time to network with peers at social events.

Institutes – Throughout the year, Fusion offers regional seminars on a variety of topics including Practice Optimization, Succession Planning and Growth. These focused workshops are designed to delve deeper into topics that can help advisors grow their practices to the next level. 

School of Excellence  – Each spring we host a three-day intensive workshop for our advisors’ staff. Designed to provide in-depth training on topics like firm operations, technology and improving practice efficiency, the meeting also allows staff to share best practices with other similar firms.

F.A.C.T.S. (Fusion Administrative Certification and Training Series) – In addition to our in-person education (School of Excellence), we offer an on-demand training program designed with administrative staff in mind and focusing on specific issues such as improving the client experience, Laserfiche, using CRM for maximum impact and optimizing workflow.

We balance the program of our conferences by not only having industry-recognized experts as guest speakers, but by giving advisors opportunity to share their insights and experiences with their peers.
